SUBMISSION GUIDLINES
Author Guidelines
IJASR accepts the submission of empirical studies, literature reviews, theoretical articles, methodological articles, case studies and additional types of articles.
Principles of Submission:
• Manuscripts should only report results that have not been submitted or published before, even in part; the published articles in other language which have been translated into English; have previously been presented at conferences.
• For biological studies, the studies reported should have been carried out in accordance with generally accepted ethical research standards.
• Manuscripts must be original and should not reuse text from another source without appropriate citation. IJASR has a zero-tolerance plagiarism policy (including self-plagiarism). We check the issue using a plagiarism prevention tool (Plagiarism Checker X).
• Author can submit articles by email or online submission.
• Copyrights for articles are retained by the authors, with first publication rights granted to the journal. Authors have rights to reuse, republish, archive, and distribute their own articles after publication.
• All the authors should agree on the publications.
General Requirements of Submission:
• Manuscript should be written in proper English; American or British usage is accepted, but not a mixture of both.
• IJASR only accepts Microsoft Word (.doc, .docx, .rtf) version of submission.
• here is no particular requirement on the length of manuscripts, but 3000 to 8000 words are better.
• Manuscript should be written as a complete structure, include the following elements: Title, Author's name and institutional affiliation, Abstract, Body, Tables & Figures (insert into the body), Acknowledgement, References and Appendix (not required). Author can edit the article following our template of paper.
Submission Instructions
When submitting papers for potential publication in the IJASR, please submit an original editable file in one of the Microsoft Word (.doc, .docx, .rtf) version files. All figures, images, tables, etc., should be embedded into the original file. Detailed instructions on preparing papers for submission can be found in the Template Paper and Copyright Transfer Form. Further information on the scope of the IJASR is also available upon enquiry of prospective authors. Authors accept the terms of Honor Code and Plagiarism Statement for Paper Submission, and that the paper is original research contribution with the references properly cited in the manuscript.
Initial Paper Submission
Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit full text papers including results, tables, figures and references. Full text papers (.doc, .rft, .ps, .pdf) will be accepted only by e-mail: [email protected]. All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the IJASR should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the style of the IJASR and are subject to both review and editing.
Final Paper Submission
Each final full text paper (.doc, .pdf) along with the corresponding signed copyright transfer form should be submitted by E-mail: [email protected]

About Paper Review
All published journal papers are refereed by the international competent researchers and scientists. Therefore, a full double-blind international refereeing process is used in which:
Papers are sent to reviewers for their peer review process.
The reviewers' recommendations determine whether a paper will be accepted / accepted subject to change / subject to r-esubmission with significant changes / rejected.
For papers which require changes, the same reviewers will be used to ensure that the quality of the revised paper is acceptable.
All papers are refereed, and the Editor-in-Chief reserves the right to refuse any typescript, whether on invitation or otherwise, and to make suggestions and/or modifications before publication.
